About the Role

High-performing small business seeking a full-time Sales Support Professional to join our team. This person is the first point of contact for new clients and will handle incoming calls and leads, review and send proposals, and follow up with prospective clients to help close sales — all from our office near Northgate.

Job Type: full-time hourly, flexible schedule
Pay: $28-34 per hour, dependent on experience
Expected hours: 40 per week, each weekday, no required weekends
Location: North Seattle, Licton Springs
Transportation Access: Near light rail and major bus routes

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming phone messages, emails, and website inquiries promptly and professionally utilizing established communication templates

  • Qualify leads and gather details concerns, objectives and priorities

  • Schedule on-site appointments for Arborist Consultants

  • Support Arborist-Consultants with document creation and client communication

  • Follow up on outstanding proposals and open opportunities using established process

  • Enter and maintain accurate client and job information in Salesforce CRM

  • Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals

  • Communicate with field team and Project Administrator regarding job details, changes, or special instructions

  • Assist with other administrative tasks such as invoicing support and marketing initiatives


Qualifications

  • Previous sales/ sales support experience required

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

  • Experience with a CRM system required

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/leads at once

  • Experience in a field-based home service business preferred

  • Knowledge of tree care or green industry a plus

 

Skills

  • Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Apple/Mac computer systems, MS Office, Google Workspace

  • Experience with SalesForce or similar CRM a plus

  • Ability to work in a small office setting

  • High degree of attention to detail
