Professional Arborists for the Greater Seattle Area

Tree133 is a family-run, local tree care service based in North Seattle. Since 2017, we’ve provided professional tree care for communities throughout the Greater Seattle Area.

Craig Bachmann, the owner of Tree133, is an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist. He and Joanna have lived in Pinehurst, North Seattle, for many years. Tree133 field arborists also live locally in Seattle, Shoreline, Ballard, Wallingford, Fremont, Parkwood, Meridian Park, Montlake and other neighborhoods. Many of our team members grew up enjoying the urban forest in the Greater Seattle Area and strive to protect our trees for future generations.

Unique Considerations for the Seattle Area

With the temperate climate in the Seattle Area, so many tree species grow here! We care for more than 200 tree species and numerous cultivated varieties. Our ISA Certified Arborists understand the science and techniques required to properly care for so many different trees.

The complex topography of the Greater Seattle Area - steep hills, deep ravines, creeks, shorelines with wildly variable geology - creates many diverse growing environments and work site challenges. The ISA Certified Arborists at Tree133 have the knowledge, skills and experience to safely navigate these challenges while caring for your trees.

The Greater Seattle Area has many micro-climates that may experience vastly different weather on the same day. Strong wind gusts in the Richmond Highlands, snow flurries in Ravenna and a sun break in Seward Park are all possible at the same time. The climate is changing and we are experiencing longer periods of heat and drought that area stressing trees native to the Pacific Northwest. With proper care, we can help your trees withstand changing conditions and thrive for years to come.
